            Peerless provides its services to any individual or company needing our services. This can be for just peace of mind, required by zoning or health department, or solving a problem that exists.

How is your business’s solution different from competing solutions to the target customers’ needs/wants?

            Being a family owned and operated business we offer personalized service by people who care. We treat our potential customers or our current customers with the respect they deserve. We treat them the way we would want to be treated if the picture was turned around. We evaluate each situation and develop a solution to their problem. The solutions can be in the form of service by a trained professional or being able to purchase materials to solve their problem, giving them full instructions on how to use the products sold to them. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our services so that we will always be their company of choice.

How will the customer benefit from your offerings? (What’s in it for them to do business with you?)

                 The customer will benefit by using a company they can trust. Using a company that has been around for sixty years and is run by 2^nd and 3^rd generation family members shows we satisfy most of our customers. Having two locations to serve our customer base with operations open six days per week and having a trained professional to speak to if the customers has any questions is a huge benefit. People do not want to call a company and be answered by a receptionist who takes messages or a voice mail system with no one on the other end. People like to speak to someone who is educated in the customer’s needs when they call. Peerless offers all this and more.
